New publication: Somatic cell reprogramming from different origins and donors into iPSC, with four factors OSKM using viral Sendai vectors

iPSpine is moving forward with the six donor-matched cell lines to study how the tissue-origin may affect differentiation into matrix-producing disc cells. They have been fully characterized as outlined in this peer reviewed publication! Thanks to the team effort INSERM Montpellier, Bern University, Nantes University, and Lisanne Laagland and Marianna Tryfonidou from the Utrecht University team.
